Repair Process

We know that being without your vehicle is stressful. That's why we keep you informed at every stage of the repair — from the moment you drop off your car to the moment you pick it up. Here's exactly what to expect.

Step 1 — Schedule Your Appointment

If your vehicle has been in a collision, we're ready to help. Book online, call us at (844) 474-5250, or simply drive in to our estimating bay.

Step 2 — Vehicle Drop-Off

  • We review the vehicle and damage with you, verifying all the facts.
  • You'll fill out our Authorization to Repair intake form — we confirm your contact information and claim details.
  • If you need a rental, we'll help get you picked up from our facility.

Step 3 — Initial Inspection

Structural damage can be deceptive. What looks cosmetic on the surface sometimes hides frame misalignment or compromised safety structures underneath. After pre-washing the vehicle, we assess damage thoroughly before any work begins — performing a pre-alignment check and documenting all repair procedures before physical repairs start.

Step 4 — Estimate & Insurance Review

Our team works directly with all major insurers — including State Farm, Allstate, and GEICO — and we actively help manage your claim. Worth knowing: you have the right to choose your own repair shop, regardless of what your insurer recommends. We'll help facilitate communication between you and your provider so you can focus on getting your vehicle fixed.

Step 5 — Parts Ordering

Any parts identified during disassembly and blueprinting are ordered at this stage. Some insurers may approve non-original, aftermarket, or recycled parts. We'll walk you through your options and explain the implications for warranty and safety.

Step 6 — Vehicle Repair

Once all parts are in, your vehicle moves into the repair stage. Whether your car needs minor cosmetic work or major structural reconstruction, our certified technicians are equipped for it. We use state-of-the-art technology — including Car-O-Liner digital measuring accurate to the millimeter — to ensure your vehicle is restored to factory dimensions and Toyota/Lexus standards.

Step 7 — Paint & Refinish

We use advanced color-matching technology to ensure refinished panels blend seamlessly with the rest of your vehicle. Toyota's factory colors have specific formulations, and matching them correctly requires both the right equipment and genuine technical skill. We use Spies-Hecker paint systems for a beautiful, durable finish.

Step 8 — Quality Control Inspection

At every stage of the repair process, we maintain a comprehensive system of checks to ensure every necessary operation is performed to our standards before the vehicle moves to the next step.

Step 9 — Customer Pickup

When your vehicle is nearing completion, our team will call you to arrange final pickup details, including payment and your insurance deductible. We'll also confirm any elective services (oil changes, tire rotations, open recalls) are completed.

If you have a rental from an outside party, we'll return it for you — just make sure it's filled with gas. Once you arrive, we'll inspect the vehicle together, walk you through what was repaired and why, and explain what to expect going forward. You'll leave with receipts, peace of mind, and a beautiful car.
