FAQs

No — you can walk into our drive-in estimating bay anytime during business hours, though calling ahead is always welcome. Please visit Schedule an Appointment page to schedule.
Yes — we work with most insurers, including State Farm, Progressive, Allstate, and GEICO, and we actively help manage your claim. We do not work with ‘sub-standard’ insurance companies, those who will not adequately pay market rates for repairs. This is not a common occurrence, though.
Yes — you have the legal right to choose your own repair shop, regardless of what your insurer recommends.
Many insurance companies utilize AI to write their preliminary estimate, resulting in a low and incomplete estimate. This common insurance practice is commonly caused by insured drivers taking settlement payments and not having their vehicles repaired. We will work with the insurance company to fix your vehicle safely, for the correct amount.
It is very likely that we will find additional damage during the repair process. Once additional damage is discovered, we will communicate with you and the insurance company in order to have all necessary and related repairs completed during your vehicle’s stay with us. These are commonly called “sups” “add’s” or “supplements”.
We strive to use Genuine OEM parts on all repairs. Many insurance companies allow for the use of these non-original parts to save money. If your insurer approves non-OEM parts, we'll explain your options and the potential warranty implications before any parts are ordered. Ultimately, we work for YOU, but insurance companies pay what the legally owe.
Repair time varies heavily depending on the extent of damage and parts availability. Insurance approval and negotiation is another subject that can affect repair length. We'll give you an estimated timeline at drop-off and keep you updated throughout.
Yes — we can assist with rental car coordination. If your insurance covers a rental, we'll help facilitate pickup directly from our facility.
Yes — we offer a secure night drop located near the Collision Center lobby. Take an envelope, fill it out with your name, phone number, vehicle information, key, reason for visit, and insurance/claim info if applicable. Drop it in the top of the drop box, and we'll contact you the next morning.

We hold Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) and Lexus Authorized Collision Center (LACC) statuses, as well as I-CAR Gold Class certification — meaning our facility, equipment, and technicians meet or exceed manufacturer's own standards for collision repair.
Yes — we accept all makes and models, though Toyota and Lexus owners benefit from our manufacturer certifications and factory-trained technicians.
ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) are standard on most vehicles now. This include Toyota’s TSS (Toyota Safety Sense) and Lexus Safety System+ (LSS+). These are technologies like Pre-Collision, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure, Lane Tracing, Blind Spot Monitor, Automatic High Beams and more.
Different scenarios require calibrations to be completed. Manufacturers have their own individual requirements for when and what needs to be calibrated, and these can vary from model to model. Our technicians and staff have the resources and equipment to know when, why, and how to calibrate your Toyota and Lexus correctly and safely, the first time.
