If you drive an 8th-generation or 9th-generation Toyota Camry (including the latest all-hybrid models), your vehicle uses a push-button start and a digital Multi-Information Display (MID) located right behind your steering wheel. You won't need to press any pins on your gauge cluster - everything is controlled using the directional arrows on the left side of your steering wheel.
Follow These Steps for Digital Displays:
- Turn On the Electronics: Press the engine START/STOP button twice with your foot OFF the brake pedal. This turns on your vehicle's electronics into "ON" mode without starting the engine.
