A Sedan That Looks Out for You

Unique to the 2023 Camry is Proactive Driving Assist, a new feature of the upgraded Toyota Safety Sense™ 3.0. This feature uses cameras and sensors to monitor the road. When certain scenarios are observed, this system can apply gentle braking on curves, when approaching a vehicle in front of you, or when a pedestrian or bicyclist is detected.

A Relaxing Ride

Comfort and convenience are two of the most important features when it comes to the interior of a daily driver. Luckily, the Corolla and the Civic have those covered. Either sedan offers seating for up to five passengers with available heated front seats to keep you cozy.

So, no matter where you venture, you can enjoy plenty of wiggle room and cozy seating.

Smooth Moves

Both compact sedans come standard with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), which offers exceptionally smooth shifting capabilities. If you want to take control of gear shifting, the CVT is available with paddle shifters in either vehicle.

When equipped with this transmission, you can experience effortless acceleration from the Corolla and the Civic.

Enjoy Limitless Driving

As you travel in the utmost comfort, you’d rather be on the road than standing at a gas pump. For that, you’ll need a fuel-efficient ride. That’s why the Toyota Corolla provides an EPA-estimated 32 city and 41 highway MPG* Plus, the available hybrid powertrain can offer up to an EPA-estimated 53 city and 46 highway MPG.*

The Honda Civic, on the other hand, isn’t available with a hybrid powertrain. Its standard configuration can only offer up to 30 city and 37 highway MPG.

Power Up

On top of their fuel-efficient performances, the Toyota Corolla and the Honda Civic provide multiple engine options. In the Corolla, you can select from one of two engines:

2.0L 4-cylinder: 169 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque

1.8L hybrid 4-cylinder: 134 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque

Similarly, the Honda Civic offers two engines: a 4-cylinder engine and a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. However, as mentioned previously, only the Corolla is available with a hybrid powertrain, which helps maximize efficiency.
