March 25, 2020

COVID-19 UPDATE/SHELTER IN PLACE:  Due to our continued concern for the health and safety of our customers and our employees, Arlington Toyota is voluntarily suspending all in-store operations as of 5pm Wednesday March 25th, 2020 until further notice.   Sales will remain open for online  sales/delivery only between 9am & 7pm daily. Shelter in Place: As current events have impacted our communities, we want you to know that Arlington Toyota Sales & Service Departments are open and ready to provide assistance. Starting March 23rd, our temporary hours of operation will be M-F 9am-5pm and SAT 8am-3pm.  Sales by appointment only: Please contact our VIP Sales Team at 844-474-5287.

In light of recent developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Arlington Toyota wanted to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, as well as our employees. 

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

  • We know it’s important for you to feel comfortable in our store, so we have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization efforts. All surfaces and workspaces are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations. 
  • We have positioned seating in our waiting areas so that customers are distanced 6 feet apart and therefore minimizing risk of exposure.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at every workstation for employees and customers.
  • All personnel are instructed to use disposable gloves while handling customer's vehicles, and discard them after each repair.
  • All employees have been instructed to wash their hands regularly, routinely clean their individual work areas and stay home if they are feeling ill.
  • Arlington Toyota will remain open and hours are unchanged.
