It’s that time of year again, when not only the leaves are changing colors but automobiles are changing model years as well. Not every vehicle a manufacturer builds has time to undergo a battery of enhancements and upgrades, but almost every model does get a new model year attached as they begin creating a new batch. Soon, the 2018 Toyota 4Runner will be available in Palatine IL, along with its array of Toyota Racing Development (TRD) off-shoots, and we simply cannot wait for them to arrive.
The 4Runner is one of the few true sport utility vehicles still available on the market, and we’re proud of that fact. While we love crossovers just as much as the next guy, and have plenty available right here at Arlington Toyota, we still love a classic SUV and the 4Runner delivers everything an SUV should. It has plenty of cargo space, plenty of capabilities, and can survive the off-road with the best of them.
You might be asking yourself which of the popular TRD models will be available on the new 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Will they all carry over, or just certain ones? We can confirm that the upcoming model year’s 4Runner will be available in six different trim levels, half of them being different TRD models. For the non-TRD 4Runners, shoppers will be able to select from the base SR5, the enhanced SR5 Premium and the higher-tier Limited edition. But for those TRD enthusiasts? They’ll have three options as well.
The Slated above the SR5 Premium is the TRD Off-Road, followed quickly by the TRD Off-Road Premium. But then at the very top of the 4Runner food chain is the 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro Series, and we couldn’t be happier about its return to the market.
No matter what your needs are in the SUV market, the 2018 Toyota 4Runner has an option for you. Be sure to check out our inventory to see if they’re already available. Either way, you can give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to get you behind the wheel of the perfect 4Runner for you.
