Connectivity & Other Technology
As the most luxurious vehicle on the Toyota lineup, the Avalon is packed full of incredible tech and connectivity features. To name just a few, you can opt for the 1200-watt JBL audio system, your standard display audio system features Apple CarPay and Android Auto, and you can even add compatibility for Apple Watch and Android smartwatch. This is just scratching the surface of everything that comes standard or can be added on in the 2020 Avalon.
The Avalon is powered by a 3.5L V6 engine and features brilliant performance-enhancing features such as Adaptive Variable Suspension, Engine Sound Enhancement, Intake Sound Generator and more. The Avalon is capable of generating 301 horsepower.
Is anything new?
Earlier we said that there was nothing new in the 2020 Toyota Avalon, but that’s not completely true. While the basic XLE, XSE, Touring, Limited and matching Avalon Hybrid trim levels all remain largely unchanged, Toyota has introduced a brand-new trim level for the 2020 model year. You may have already heard, but the Avalon now has its own Toyota Racing Development (TRD) trim level!
