The 2017 Highlander Hybrid receives an EPA-estimated 30 city mpg and 28 mpg highway for a combined mpg of 29. The Highlander Hybrid also comes standard with Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive System with Intelligence. The all-wheel drive system employs a second, independent electric motor to drive the rear wheels when needed to help maintain optimal traction.
2017 Highlander Hybrid Trim Levels and Safety Features
The 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid had some changes to its trim lineup and is now available in LE, XLE, Limited and Limited Platinum trims. Toyota doesn’t leave out any popular technology or safety feature for the Highlander Hybrid as well.
