Always helpful in service and sales department. Can be pricey, but service is good and fair to the customer. Pleasant service staff. Will go back when needed.

I appreciate the professionalism with Gabe and the rapid respond to everything. That was the number one reason I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was not vert cleaned from the inside and Gabe took it and vacuumed it himself and brought it back nice and cleaned. Thanks Gabe!

My partner and I's first visit here was very stressful and made us never want to come here again. We were looking for a used Prius for myself and the negotiation process was terrible and we felt the sales associate and manager were making it unreasonably difficult. We were there for 3-4 hours only to come away more than defeated. (Although, we were very impressed by how much work had been put into this car to make it ready to leave the lot and the thorough inspection that was done. No otherdealership we went to had this level of detail even for a certified pre-owned car.) After getting terrible deals on my trade-in from other dealerships, we decided to come back and try to get a better deal on the Prius. They still wouldn't budge on the price, BUT we had another sales associate this time, Olga. She loves to tell you that she is a product specialist and she blew our minds with how true that was. She knew everything about that Prius and then when we switched to looking at a new Corolla, she knew everything about that too. Spilling out features at lightning speed and with great enthusiasm. That negotiation process wasn't easy either due to my credit and issues with other potential creditors. (This was also due, in part, to the fact that we kept getting told by text "It will be just 15 minutes"..."I'll have an answer by noon"..."We practically have it"... and we just kept waiting and waiting by the phone without answers. From the beginning, they were talking to us about how they don’t make promises they can’t keep, but it was starting to happen a little bit when we came back). Toyota Credit didn't even accept me at first. But we were not going down without a fight. I wanted this car NOW! After getting the manager to talk to Toyota Credit again, they approved me at a more than reasonable rate and monthly payment for my situation. I had to increase my down payment by a lot in just a few days, but the universe found a way and I got what I needed from an unexpected friend the day we decided to go back to the dealership and try to close this deal. In the end, Olga (and Augie) really turned it around and made this a near-perfect experience. I finally got what I wanted (read: needed) and we could rest assured that I would be driving a dependable car for many years to come. Just two days later, I look around at every Toyota I see and am so happy to be a part of the Toyota family. This was a long time coming.... More
